About the role
As a Technical Supervisor at CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP.', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the technical operations and maintenance of our client's electrical and mechanical facilities in Cebu City, Cebu. This full-time position requires a strong background in engineering and maintenance, allowing you to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations.
What you'll be doing- Supervising and coordinating the work of the technical team, including electrical and aircon/HVAC technicians and engineers, to ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of all facilities and equipment within the office
- Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to proactively identify and address potential issues
- Monitoring and analysing performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation of facility equipments
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders, including clients and service providers, to ensure seamless service delivery
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to the team to help resolve complex issues and optimise operations
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical supervisory role, preferably in the maintenance or facilities management industry
- A degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of maintenance best practices
- Proficient in the use of maintenance management software and data analysis tools
- Familiarity with relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders
