General Maintenance & Repairs:
Inspecting buildings and systems: Regularly checking for any signs of wear and tear, damage, or potential hazards. This includes inspecting electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, fire suppression systems, and more.
Performing preventative maintenance: Conducting routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment breakdowns and ensure optimal performance. This may involve cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, and replacing parts.
Troubleshooting and repairing equipment: Diagnosing and repairing faulty equipment, such as machinery, appliances, and other mechanical systems.Making minor repairs: Fixing minor issues like leaky faucets, clogged drains, and broken light fixtures.
Building Maintenance:
Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the facility: Ensuring common areas are clean and well-maintained. This may include tasks like sweeping, mopping, and minor landscaping.
Making minor building repairs: Fixing minor structural issues, such as patching walls, replacing flooring, and repairing doors and windows.
Other Responsibilities:
