- At least 1-3 years of experience in leasing or property management
- Knowledge of housing laws and statutes is an advantage
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively
- Proficiency in property management software, particularly Propertyware
- Professional, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
Objective
- Provide outstanding customer service as primary contact for tenant interactions
- Optimize property management processes and resolve tenant concerns promptly
- Align management activities with property owner objectives
- Enhance tenant retention and property value
- Support ownership and company interests
- Manage lease administration, financial oversight, tenant communication, and HOA coordination
- Organize move-ins and move-outs
- Handle financial transactions and daily operations
- Collaborate with onshore teams and internal departments
- Uphold property standards and ensure compliance with housing laws
- Deliver consistent, high-quality tenant service
- Update PMS with insurance policies and property data
- Upload documents to Google Drive for portfolio integration
- Verify HOA rules and documentation accuracy
- Send legally required tenant notices
- Draft rental management agreements for signature
- Confirm payment of deposits and tenant charges
- Input accurate lease data including fees and program terms
- Submit agreements for peer review
- Manage leasing commissions and renewal fees
- Coordinate lease submissions to HOAs
- Update systems with lease and tenant information
- Verify signed leases and completed payments
- Ensure utility transfers to tenants
- Communicate move-in details and access instructions
- Coordinate readiness with internal teams
- Provide tenant welcome packets
- Coordinate licensing and occupancy inspections
- Manage utility setup and billing adjustments
- Submit check requests for payments
- Escalate missing or unusual utility bills
- Serve as main contact for tenant concerns post move-in
- Manage tenant portals and documentation
- Address violations, charges, and notices
- Process requests via Zendesk and Dialpad
- Handle lease amendments including changes and add-ons
- Issue violations and communicate charges
- Track rent collections and ensure accurate recording
- Monitor payment plans and follow up on late payments
- Coordinate with teams to reduce arrears
- Coordinate resolution of work orders
- Liaise between tenants and vendors
- Analyze request patterns and recommend preventive actions
- Schedule maintenance and submit invoices
- Coordinate move-out notices and inspections
- Schedule cleaners and manage turnover activities
- Submit ledger adjustments for related charges
- Prepare invoices for approval and review
- Validate GL coding and property allocations
- Resolve discrepancies and submit adjustments
- Review owner statements for accuracy
- Approve qualified invoices
- Build strong tenant and prospect relationships
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Ensure seamless collaboration across teams
