BAGUIO CITY | ONSITE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assist in Compensation & Benefits administration, including government mandated benefits, processing allowances, leave credits, and other employee benefits
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities
- Help organize and coordinate training programs and development initiatives
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Monitor attendance and assist in payroll-related tasks
- Address employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and HR processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Support other HR functions as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:- Preferably a graduate of Human Resource Management or BS Psychology
- Must have at least 1 year of relevant HR experience, with specific exposure to Compensation & Benefits, particularly government-mandated benefits.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and handle confidential information
