JOB TITLE: HR ASSISTANT

BAGUIO CITY | ONSITE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in Compensation & Benefits administration, including government mandated benefits, processing allowances, leave credits, and other employee benefits
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Help organize and coordinate training programs and development initiatives
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Monitor attendance and assist in payroll-related tasks
  • Address employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and HR processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Support other HR functions as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Preferably a graduate of Human Resource Management or BS Psychology
  • Must have at least 1 year of relevant HR experience, with specific exposure to Compensation & Benefits, particularly government-mandated benefits.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word & Excel)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and handle confidential information
