JOB TITLE: Customer Success & Account Manager
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a portfolio of boutique retail accounts
- Checking in with customers to understand how products are selling
- Building relationships with store owners and buyers
- Introducing complementary products that may fit their store
- Helping re-engage accounts that have not purchased recently
- Providing helpful product knowledge and recommendations
- Communicating customer feedback to internal teams
- Maintaining organized notes on customer conversations and activity
- This role focuses on relationship management and customer success, rather than aggressive outbound selling.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management
- Experience selling retail or consumer products
- Experience working with small business customers or retailers
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and order management tools to track activities and outcomes.
- Comfortable working night shift aligned with U.S. business hours
- Prior remote work experience is strongly preferred
