• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design standards and specifications.
• Develop detailed construction documents, technical specifications, and project reports.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.
• Provide creative and practical design solutions while maintaining functionality and cost-efficiency.

• Licensed Architect with relevant professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or other architectural design software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
