QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Architecture
- Licensed/Registered Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Construction industry experience is a plus.
- Strong design, communication, and project coordination skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and produce layouts, sketches, and design drawings for project execution.
- Create detailed plans and construction documents.
- Coordinate with designing Engineers for ongoing and new projects.
- Make sure designs follow building codes and safety rules.
- Update drawings and plans when changes are needed.
- Meet with clients to understand project needs.
