The Program Manager is responsible for planning and governance and for overseeing the successful delivery of the program’s output/product. The program manager must have practical experience of having been a project manager for large and complex initiatives.

Duties and Resposibilities
  • Leads the development and implementation of a broad, coordinated set of plans and programs to meet the goals and priorities of the department.
  • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
  • Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to various audiences, including the project team and sponsors.
  • Monitors, tracks, and controls outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
  • Ensuring Customer Success Management processes are implemented
  • Manages Daily program management throughout the program life cycle
  • Defining the program governance (controls)
  • Defines and plan the overall program strategy and progress of projects
  • Managing the program’s budget and financial health
  • Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
  • Mentors Project Managers

Job Specifications:

Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course.

Related Work Experience –
  • At least 5 years of experience as an IT Professional, with 5+ years experience in Project Management.
  • 5+ years of experience with a full product lifecycle with an understanding of the development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle.
  • Proven success in providing leadership for project teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
  • Proven success in providing leadership for project teams
  • Experience in providing roadmap to clients
  • Focus on Customer Success Management metrics and implementation
  • Experience in handling industry specific related programs and Operations
  • Experience in handling Program PnL
  • Certifications is a plus
  • Professional Scrum Master II
  • Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification
