A. Instructional Design & Learning Experience Development
- Conduct learning needs assessments, task analysis, audience profiling, and performance gap analysis.
- Design learning programs using ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s, Gagné’s Nine Events, and adult learning principles.
- Develop engaging instructional materials such as facilitator guides, learner guides, eLearning modules, videos, job aids, simulations, and microlearning.
- Apply modern learning design: blended learning, ILT/VILT, mobile learning, social learning, and GenAI-enabled content creation.
- Measure learning effectiveness using Kirkpatrick Levels 1–4 and Return on Expectations (ROE).
- Manage the full lifecycle of learning programs: scoping, scheduling, resource management, stakeholder engagement, and risk tracking.
- Maintain program governance, documentation, change control, and communication strategies.
- Lead pilot execution, facilitator preparation, and global/regional rollout.
- Monitor program adoption, effectiveness, and business impact through learning analytics dashboards.
- Partner with SMEs, business leaders, HRBPs, and Talent COEs to identify and translate capability needs into learning solutions.
- Facilitate co-design sessions and provide expert advisory support on learning strategy and design standards.
- Ensure solutions are localized and scalable across geographies.
- Implement standardized templates, style guides, and quality assurance protocols for all
- Conduct program evaluations, debriefs, and improvement cycles.
- Leverage LMS/LXP capabilities and integrate AI and automation to optimize learning operation
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Willing to work on a graveyard shift.
- Willing to work in One Felicity Center (Commonwealth) Quezon City.
- Experience in a BPO industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training content development / instructional design
- Minimum of 3 years of training module review experience and providing detailed feedback to instructional designers / content developers on how to improve their work.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in management and implementation of multiple projects using project management tools/skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in LMS / KB Administrator role; content development and management.
