WE ARE LOOKING FOR ASSISTANT PLANNING MANAGER!- Manages and oversees the day-to-day construction management of the project.
- Provide recommendations and institute measures for improvement by modification to operating procedures/work instructions.
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project to ensure the quality is a high standard and that it is running to the timescales allowed.
- Monitors construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance.
Qualifications/Requirements
WE ARE LOOKING FOR ASSISTANT PLANNING MANAGER!- With 5 years working experience as Planning Manager.
- Knowledgeable in making quality strategic decision.
- Can monitor build progress overseeing finances and ensuring project quality.
- Strong Leadership skills
- Proficient in both spoken Japanese and English.
