• Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project to ensure progress aligns with approved plans and schedules.
• Supervise the daily operations of the administrative department, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Provide recommendations and implement improvement measures through modifications of operating procedures or work instructions.
• Support management in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for both administrative and project requirements.
• Promote safety, quality, and efficiency across all project and administrative activities.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration or construction project management, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with project management tools or systems.
• Proficient in both English and Japanese (oral and written).
