About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Staff to join our team at Walls in Motion, Inc. in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Maintenance Staff, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of our office and facility infrastructure.This is a full-time position, with opportunities for career growth within our rapidly expanding organisation.
What you'll be doing- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Identify and address any issues or problems with the building's infrastructure, equipment, and systems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Assist with the implementation of preventative maintenance programs to ensure the long-term condition of our facilities
- Collaborate with the facilities and operations teams to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained work environment
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and report on the status of projects
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance or handyperson role
- Strong practical skills in areas such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general building maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Proficient in the use of various hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred
