Job Description – Finance Officer

Job Purpose

In-charge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, AR/AP, bank reconciliation, tax remittances, and compliance with government regulations to ensure accurate financial management for Manly Realty and its affiliates.

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for management review.
• Ensure accurate bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
• Review invoices, billings, and collection schedules for timely follow-up.
• Oversee tax computation, filing, and remittances to government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, LGU, Pag-IBIG, SSS, and PhilHealth requirements.
• Monitor budget utilization and provide variance analysis.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Support management in strategic planning through financial insights.

• Financial Reporting: 100% reports submitted on time, ≤2% variance.
• AR & Billing: ≥95% collection efficiency, AR >60 days ≤10%.
• AP & Disbursements: 100% on-time payments, zero penalties.
• Bank Reconciliation: 100% accuracy, no items >30 days.
• Tax & Compliance: 100% on-time filings, zero penalties.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license preferred but not required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with or without supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, financial reporting standards, and government compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
