Job Description:

The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role assists with recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, payroll coordination, and maintaining employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment including posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and preparing employment documents
  • Coordinate with departments regarding manpower requirements
  • Support payroll processing and monitoring of attendance and leave records
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information and records

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of HR or administrative experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of basic HR functions and labor regulations is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
