About the Role
At Lucena United Doctors Hospital and Medical Center, we are committed to continuously improving the quality of care we provide. As a Quality Assurance Staff, you will support initiatives that strengthen our processes, monitor compliance, and help build more effective systems that ensure safe, reliable, and patient-centered services.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintains and organizes accreditation and licensing documents and submission files
- Tracks renewal schedules and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assists in compliance monitoring and basic audit preparations
- Coordinates with internal departments and external agencies regarding accreditation matters
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or any related course
- Background in accreditation, licensing, or credentialing processes is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with good communication skills
