Our client is looking for an innovative and technically strong R&D leader to drive product development, formulation, and innovation strategies. This role will ensure the company remains competitive through high-quality, compliant, and market-relevant products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead R&D strategy, product development, and innovation initiatives
- Oversee formulation development and process optimization
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Collaborate with QA, production, and regulatory teams

Qualifications:
- Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 10–15 years of R&D experience in pharma or related industry
- Strong background in formulation and product lifecycle management

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
