Job Summary
The HR Generalist supports the HR Manager in handling day-to-day human resources operations, employee relations, recruitment, training, compliance, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Address employee concerns and provide HR guidance.
- Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Support performance appraisal and improvement processes.
- Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
