We’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team!

Job Purpose

The HR Generalist will provide operational support across various HR functions to ensure the organization’s human resources policies, processes and activities are aligned with the business’ strategic objectives and compliance requirements by the government.

To serve the role’s purpose, the HR Generalist will assist in HR Business Partnership by working closely with the HR Manager in delivering projects, assignments, initiatives and resolve issues in the key HR areas like Payroll and Benefits, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Internal Communications and Employee Engagement.

Requirements:

  • Completed a Bachelor’s Degree in the following fields: HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration or other relevant courses
  • Has a minimum of 5 years' experience as HR Generalist or similar capacity
  • Proficient in key HR Functional Areas of Human Resources
  • Has a high level of integrity, having the ability to Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • In-depth knowledge of human resource laws, regulations, and best practices specifically for Labor Relations, Labor Standards and Occupational Health and Safety
  • Proficient in MS Officer
  • Knowledge in HR systems similar to HRIS, ATS and Bamboo HR
  • Working knowledge in any record management system relevant to HR
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Superb stakeholder management skills, being able to effectively interact with people from diverse backgrounds (internal and external) at all organizational levels
  • Strong commitment to work

Skills and qualifications:

  • HR certification is a plus
  • Experience in working in Human Resources in either Financial-BPO or Shared Services set up is an advantage
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
  • Keen attention to details
  • Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
  • Flexibility in working schedule and set-up
  • Has a 'can-do' behaviour and fosters culture of growth
