Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HRBP / HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and partner with department leaders in driving employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is experienced in both strategic HR and hands-on HR operations.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with department heads on workforce planning and employee relations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Assist in payroll coordination, benefits administration, and timekeeping concerns
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools
- Experience supporting multiple business units
- Background in employee engagement and performance management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
