Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluates maintenance requests with relevant personnel then processes maintenance work plans containing instructions to perform work tasks in sequential order (Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance and other planned requests in accordance with agreed priorities for the Department).
- Formulates, in liaison with relevant personnel:
- All maintenance-related activities and any other requests (e.g., project work, overhauls, etc.) utilizing maintenance resources like CMMS or equivalent.
- Safety and equipment requirements;
- Nature and type of maintenance work task to be performed;
- Spare parts requirements lists to include original equipment manufacturer recommendations, historical data and experience.
- Resource numbers and skill requirements for each task;
- Estimated duration of each task.
- Generates Purchase Requisitions for non-MRP (Material Requirement Plan) spare parts and supplies & technical services.
- Ensures that planned maintenance work orders and other related maintenance procedures/specifications are approved by the Plant Engineer/Department Head prior to their implementation.
- Receives accomplished work order forms and reviews their adequacy and accuracy, in liaison with other personnel and ensures that data are keyed in and closed (if finished) in to CMMS or equivalent and, where appropriate, displayed at the asset.
- Responsible of Eng'g spare parts, materials and consumables inventory. In-charge of upkeep and maintenance of Eng'g stock room.
- Safekeeping of all engineering Master files and records in Plant.
- Participates in during Audits.
- Provide miscellaneous errand for the department as the need arises.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in any Engineering course.
- With at least three years working experience as a maintenance planner in the industry of fast-moving consumer goods; preferably with exposure to a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Computer Literate MS Office – Word, Excel, Power point etc.
- With SAP (S4 Hana) experience.
- With at least 3 years of experience in people management
- Knowledgeable in environmental and safety government regulation and Audits
- Knowledgeable in mechanical and electrical parts
- Knowledgeable in civil construction materials
- Knowledgeable in warehousing and Inventory
- Supervisory Role.
- Willing to work 6-day workweek shifting schedule.
