Internal Control Tower Planner (Spanish/English)

We are seeking an Internal Control Tower Planner to support end-to-end production and tooling planning operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate schedules, ensuring tool readiness, and coordinating planning activities across internal teams and control tower functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain maintenance production plans (45–120 days ahead)
• Monitor adherence to production schedules across tooling centers
• Track tool availability and readiness status in system platforms
• Maintain accurate inventory by aligning physical and system records
• Generate packing lists and required operational documentation
• Ensure readiness for domestic and international shipments
• Coordinate site-to-site transfers with external control tower teams
• Manage data entry, validation, and reporting within planning systems
• Support planning tools such as auto-assigners and scheduling trackers
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements in planning efficiency

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
• Background in planning, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Strong system navigation and computer proficiency
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
• Strong ownership and accountability in task execution

Preferred Skills (Advantage but Not Required):

• Experience in planning and production scheduling
• Knowledge of inventory and tooling management
• Experience in domestic and international logistics coordination
