ACCOUNTS & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT GROUP (ARMG) HEAD
About the Role
The Accounts & Relationship Management Group (ARMG) Head is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the efficiency, integrity, and performance of the company’s sales accounts and relationship management operations. This role oversees sales administration, collections performance, account health, and bank financing processes while ensuring strong collaboration across internal departments and external stakeholders.
You will play a strategic role in maintaining healthy sales conversions, optimizing collections, and strengthening relationships with buyers, sales networks, legal partners, and financial institutions.- Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a member of the Management Committee and provide strategic input on operational and financial matters.
- Lead, evaluate, and manage performance of direct reports, including recommendations for regularization, promotion, or separation.
- Manage manpower and department resources with cost efficiency in mind.
- Project monthly collections and participate in cash flow budgeting and financial reviews.
- Ensure accurate account reconciliation and alignment with Sales, Business Development, and Finance.
- Coordinate with legal counsel on buyer and seller concerns, contract issues, and special cases.
- Draft official communications and attend meetings with banking and financial institutions.
- Oversee daily operations of the Sales Admin Team and ensure seamless transition of accounts from reservation to contracted status.
- Ensure compliance with documentation requirements and timelines for proper SAP recording.
- Establish and improve institutionalized processes for efficient account management and servicing.
- Lead account reviews to assess buyer creditworthiness and investment viability.
- Ensure accuracy of Statements of Account prior to distribution.
- Provide leadership in generating periodic reports including reservation status, booked sales, aging, and collection performance.
- Monitor account health and implement measures to reduce defaults and improve after-sales service.
- Review and approve sales incentives and commissions based on approved milestones.
- Maintain filing integrity and conduct regular audits for completeness and compliance.
- Build relationships with accredited sales networks and conduct resolution meetings for problematic accounts.
Target Metrics:
- 90% booked sales conversion
- 70% contracted sales conversion
- Establish and lead the Relationship Management Team for accounts qualified for bank financing.
- Oversee documentation and processing of accounts for loan releases through partner banks and Pag-IBIG Fund.
- Coordinate closely with buyers, brokers, banks, and government agencies for compliance and processing requirements.
- Monitor loan release efficiency and ensure timely cash inflows for the company.
- Assist in strengthening partnerships with bank institutions and support accreditation processes.
Target Metric:
- 85% loan release efficiency rate
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate Management, or related field
- At least 5–7 years of experience in accounts management, real estate operations, or sales administration
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional operations
- Strong background in real estate sales processes, banking coordination, and account reconciliation
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and performance management abilities
- Knowledge of SAP or similar systems is an advantage
