Marketing Loans Officer

Job Summary

The Marketing Loans Officer is responsible for promoting loan products, generating new clients, and managing loan applications from sourcing to release. The role focuses on expanding the company’s loan portfolio through active marketing, client relationship building, and excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and lending regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively market and promote the company’s loan products to potential and existing clients through field marketing, referrals, and partnerships.
• Source new loan applicants and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and partner merchants.
• Assist clients with loan applications, explain loan terms and requirements, and ensure accurate and complete documentation.
• Conduct client interviews, basic credit evaluation, and initial verification of applicant information.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Credit, Operations, and Collections) to facilitate loan processing and release.
• Monitor loan accounts and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and portfolio targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable lending regulations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course (Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
• Experience in sales, marketing, banking, lending, or financial services is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, persuasive, and customer-oriented.
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel within assigned areas.
• Knowledge of basic credit evaluation and loan processing is a plus.
