Job Description

• Provides basic healthcare for the employees.
• Gathers and records medical history and symptoms for all employees.
• Performs diagnostic tests.
• Administers prescribed medication and treatment.
• First aid treatment
• Medicine dispensing
• Operate basic medical equipment.
• Raises healthcare awareness.
• Advocates health and wellbeing of employees
• Educates employees about management of illnesses.
• Provides support and advice to employees regarding health
• Establishes, monitors, and reports employee health issues as provided by our partner HMO.
• Spearhead annual physical examination for employees.
• Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis.

• Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing or equivalen
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
• Willing to stay-in at Pinamungajan or Argao
• Free accommodation will be provided for the stay-in arrangement.
• With good interpersonal skills.
• With ability to adjust to farm environment
• Able to handle pressure
• Able to communicate to patients well.
