JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Finance Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day financial operations of the company. You will support the Finance team in managing accounts, processing transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and record financial transactions accurately and timely
• Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and reconcile financial statements and reports
• Monitor and track company expenses and cash flow
• Support the preparation of tax reports and statutory filings
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist in handling payroll-related financial transactions
• Provide administrative support to the Finance team
• Handle inquiries and resolve discrepancies related to financial transactions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong credentials are welcome to apply)
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
