Place of Assignment: Finance and Administrative Division, PCHRD Office
Preferred Qualifications/ Attributes- Graduate of any 4-year course;
- With relevant experience in records management and quality management system;
- Has relevant training in records management and quality management system;
- Has good oral and written communication skills;
- With positive interpersonal skills, has initiative and a team player;
- Coachable and can work under pressure with minimum supervision; and
- Knowledgeable in computer office applications (MS Office, Suite, and other office/GSuite platforms).
- Receives, reviews and releases all incoming communications to the concerned PCHRD officials/employees;
- Encodes and releases incoming communication for action of the Executive Director and/or concerned division/official/employee;
- Assists in recording and releasing outgoing communications in the absence of the Records Officer;
- Acknowledges emails received through Records Management Section;
- Photocopies documents needed in the operation of the Council;
- Assists in retrieving record from central file when deemed necessary;
- Assists in facilitating the notarization of the legal documents of the Council;
- Assists the Records Officer in performing the QMS-related tasks;
- Answers telephone calls and relay/refer to concerned person;
- Assists in the conduct of records inventory under the custody of Records Management Section; and
- Performs other duties and functions assigned from time to time by the Immediate Supervisor and/or Division Chief.
