Field Sales Representative (Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao)

1. FISHING LINE - Ropes and Nylons (Dolphin brand)
2. HARDWARE - PVC pipes, Fittings, Garden hose, flexible hose, GI Wires, PE screen, and more
3. TARPAULINS - a large sheet of strong, flexible, water-resistant or waterproof material

You will work prospects through the entire sales cycle, including developing new customers, educating prospects about the products of UNA Internationale Trading Corporation, and turning interested leads into long-term customers.

We are currently looking to fill vacant positions in the following areas:

• Tri-City Area (Cebu) – including Cebu City, Mandaue City, and Lapu-Lapu City
• Luzon Area – with specific assignments to be discussed during the hiring process
• Mindanao - with specific assignments to be discussed during the hiring process

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in field sales, direct selling, or account management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Willing and able to do fieldwork, client visits, and area assignments
• With good knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Can meet sales targets and work under pressure
• Honest, reliable, and with strong work ethics
• Familiar with basic reports and documentation (sales reports, collection, client profiling)
• With valid driver’s license and/or motorcycle

Job Responsibilities:

• Cultivate new customers within the Philippines
• Travel throughout the Philippines (Visayas-Mindanao region) and visit customers on a recurring basis
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Maintain records of all sales leads/customer accounts
• Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
• Educate customers on how products can benefit them financially and professionally
• Monitor the company’s competitors, new products, and market conditions
• Work closely with the sales supervisor to establish and meet sales goals
