SALES REPRESENTATIVE

The Sales Representative will find new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and guide them through the buying process. This role is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, enjoys solving customer problems, and thrives in a target-driven environment.

• Lead Generation: Find and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
• Product Demonstrations: Present and pitch products or services to prospective clients, highlighting how they solve specific customer pain points.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers to encourage repeat business.
• Negotiation & Closing: Walk prospects through the purchasing process, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• CRM Management: Keep the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system updated with lead info, deal progress, and contact history.
• Market Feedback: Keep an eye on industry trends, competitor activities, and share customer feedback with the product and marketing teams.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to actively listen and build instant rapport.
• Resilience: A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection without losing motivation.
