We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to manage and grow our Modern Trade accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent in-store execution, and driving the growth of our trusted household and lifestyle brands (Omega Houseware) in leading retail chains.

• Achieve monthly sales, distribution, and collection targets for assigned Modern Trade accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, category managers, store managers, and key decision-makers.
• Execute approved promotions, merchandising activities, and in-store marketing programs to maximize product visibility and sales.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, product availability, and sell-out trends to ensure continuous business growth.
• Ensure timely replenishment of stocks and coordinate with internal teams to prevent stock-outs and lost sales opportunities.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor merchandising standards, promotional execution, and competitor activities.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, business reviews, and account performance updates.
• Coordinate closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure excellent customer service and operational support.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related course.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Modern Trade, FMCG, Retail, or Distribution.
• Experience handling supermarket chains, department stores, or other Modern Trade accounts is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, selling, account management, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular fieldwork within the assigned territory.
• Must possess a valid driver's license (preferred).
