As a Sales Development Manager (Business Development) with a Tech background at YONDU INC.', you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth strategy. Based in Taguig City Metro Manila, this full-time position will see you spearheading new business initiatives and forging strong partnerships to expand the company's client base.
What you'll be doing- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the tech industry
- Developing and executing targeted sales and marketing strategies to attract potential clients
- Fostering relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to secure new business
- Collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and delivery teams to provide seamless customer experiences
- Continuously analysing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
- Tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics to inform future strategies
- Mentoring and supporting the sales team to drive collective success
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in a sales development or business development role, preferably within the tech industry
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong technical background and understanding of the latest industry trends and innovations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
- Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex challenges
- Demonstrable leadership skills and a talent for motivating and developing high-performing teams
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
