IT OFFICER
Job Description:
Responsible for the maintenance, monitoring, and support of the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems. Handles troubleshooting of computer units, printers, CCTV, and other IT equipment, as well as installation, configuration, and regular system updates.Ensures smooth IT operations across offices and project sites and provides technical support to employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an IT Officer handling both hardware and software support
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and network setup
- Experience in system maintenance, IT support, and user assistance
- Familiar with Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking (LAN/WiFi)
- Knowledge in CCTV, printers, and office IT equipment is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Can work independently and handle multiple IT concerns
