PRODUCTION PLANNER (CARMEN)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in production planning, production control, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, inventory control, capacity planning, and material flow management.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, production control systems, and supply chain coordination.
• Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing principles, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Continuous Improvement methodologies, and production optimization techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand, production capacity, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities across all manufacturing processes to ensure efficient workflow and on-time completion of production requirements.
• Ensure the timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, chemicals, utilities, spare parts, and other production resources to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Track key production performance indicators (KPIs), including production output, yield, recovery rate, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), scrap rate, energy consumption, and on-time delivery performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy, resource utilization, production efficiency, and waste reduction through continuous improvement initiatives.
