Urgent Hiring! Production Planner

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Production Planner, you’ll be the brain behind the build — the one who turns orders into action and timelines into results. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure that every piece is made on time.

Your mission will include:

• Building and managing daily, weekly, and long-term production schedules based on sales orders and forecasts
• Coordinating with purchasing, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure materials and capacity are aligned
• Monitoring workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and recalibrating timelines as needed
• Using data to solve problems, drive efficiency, and reduce delays
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in workflow and planning systems
• Ensuring accurate records and documentation for U.S. export compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or similar
• 3+ years experience in production planning in manufacturing , preferably in Asia
• Familiarity with world export timelines and requirements is a big plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (experience with MRP tools is a bonus)
• Clear communicator in both spoken and written English
• Calm under pressure, adaptable, and deadline-focused
