Production planner

Job Description

• Develop and implement detailed production plans to meet customer demand and business objectives
• Coordinate the flow of raw materials, components and finished goods to optimise production efficiency
• Manage inventory levels, identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to improve production throughput
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production with sales, procurement and logistics
• Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on production performance and KPIs

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar RM/Production Planner role, preferably within the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industr
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and resource optimisationProficiency in using production planning and management software tool
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address production bottlenecks
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
