Food Kiosk Team Leader - responsible for overseeing daily kiosk operations, leading the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and product quality. The Team Leader ensures that all sales, service, and food handling activities are carried out efficiently and in line with company standards.

Serves as the main liaison between internal teams, clients, partners, or departments to ensure smooth and timely communication, task coordination, and issue resolution. Responsible for handling inquiries, providing updates, and escalating concerns when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead all staff assigned to the kiosk during the shift.
  • Oversee preparation and serving of food and beverages according to standard
  • Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards are met at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints professionally.
  • Monitor inventory and initiate replenishment when necessary.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports and cash handling summaries.
  • Ensure team members follow proper procedures and wear complete uniforms.
  • Train new staff and provide guidance to improve performance.
  • Coordinate with management regarding scheduling, supplies, and performance issues.
  • Maintain kiosk appearance, product display, and branding compliance.
  • Monitor progress of assigned tasks, projects, or concerns and provide updates.
  • Ensure that inquiries, requests, and issues are addressed and resolved promptly.
  • Maintain clear records of communications, updates, and follow-ups.
  • Escalate unresolved issues or urgent concerns to the appropriate authority.
  • Assist in documentation, reporting, or data collection as required by the role.
  • Represent the team or company professionally in all interactions.
  • Provide regular feedback to management regarding process gaps or communication concerns.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in food service, preferably in a quick-service or kiosk setup.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Honest, organized, and dependable.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
