We are a Cebu-based recruitment agency seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to drive high-volume hiring for call center roles while leading a small sourcing team.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Has experience in recruitment, preferably high-volume or BPO hiring
- With at least 2-3 years of team lead
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Source qualified candidates through various channels such as Facebook groups, JobStreet, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Conduct initial screening to assess candidate qualifications and communication skills
- Ensure shortlisted candidates proceed to onsite recruitment hub for a one-day hiring process in IT Park
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3–4 recruiters to achieve hiring targets
- Monitor daily and weekly sourcing performance and provide coaching as needed
- Maintain a steady pipeline of candidates to support high-volume hiring demands
