TEAM LEAD (BPO) (ONSITE)
We are looking for experienced and driven Team Leads/Team Managers to join our growing BPO team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about leadership, performance management, and developing high-performing teams.
Job Description:
As a Team Lead/Team Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure team performance meets company standards, and support the professional growth of your team members. You will handle coaching, reporting, and client communication while maintaining excellent service delivery.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years undergraduate (Communications Arts or Education preferred)
- With 1–2 years experience as Team Lead, SME, QA, or Trainer in a BPO/call center
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Proficient in MS Office and report generation
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
Salary Package:
- ₱25,000 – ₱31,000
