HR Generalist
About the role
As an HR Generalist at Carelink Healthcare Services Co.', you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation's strategic human resources initiatives. This full-time position is based in Pasong Putik Proper Quezon City Metro Manila, and you will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR functions to ensure a positive employee experience.
What you'll be doing- Providing end-to-end HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration
- Collaborating with managers to identify and address HR-related issues, implement policies, and improve overall employee engagement
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's growth and objectives
- Conducting training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce
- Serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and concerns
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and employment regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in HR data analysis and report generation to support decision-making
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and professional development
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
