✅ QUALIFICATION
- HR Generalist
- Managed end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, and orientation of new hires.
- Recruitment experience is preferred for this position.
- Prepared and released company memoranda to employees.
- Responded to and assisted employees with HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Prepared Certificates of Employment (COE), Certificates of Completion (COC) for interns, and other employment-related documents.
- Handled and maintained employee 201 files and 202 files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation.
- Handled and processed payroll for trailer truck drivers and helpers, ensuring accuracy and timely release.
- Payroll processing experience is preferred for this role.
- Monitored office supplies and ensured sufficient inventory at all times.
- Managed the office supplies budget, including purchasing and expense liquidation.
- Processed and monitored monthly utility and service requests, including electricity, water, and parking.
✅ QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Management Major in Human Resource, Bachelor of Science in Psychology or any related course.
- Minimum 6 months of HR Generalist or any related experience is preferred
