JOB SUMMARY:

  • The MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN is responsible for maintaining and repairing ABS building, fixtures, trucks and machineries. He/ She also secures all utility repairs including electricity, sewage and fuel and gas lines.

JOB ACTIVITIES:

  • Conduct weekly inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent operation delays
  • In charge of all repair and maintenance activity (electrical, plumbing, machine trouble shooting and carpentry);
  • Develops repair and preventive maintenance procedures:
  • Plans and schedule job order repairs according to priority
  • Perform installation of machineries
  • Monitor air-condition, freezer and oven temperature condition:
  • In charge of submitting job order reports and preventive maintenance checklists

Qualifications/Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of automotive or NC II holder on the same field.
  • Preferably with work experience at least 1-2 yrs on the same field
  • Can be able to work independently
  • with good analytical skills
  • Can do multi task
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
