Installation & Assembly: Install wiring, circuits, electrical panels, and fixtures following technical blueprints and schematics.
Troubleshooting & Repair and repair or replace defective components.
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of equipment like motors, generators, and control systems to prevent costly breakdowns.
Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to electrical safety protocols, use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and manage Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Documentation: Log all maintenance services, test results, and repairs, and report recurring issues to management.
Qualifications/Requirements
A two-year technical or vocational degree, or successful completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship program.
Physical Capability: Ability to stand for long periods, work in confined or elevated spaces, and lift heavy equipment.Licenses: Certification or licensing generally required by local or national authorities OR NCII CERTIFICATE.
