We are looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to support farm operations by ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of electrical, mechanical, and ventilation systems. The role is responsible for performing routine inspections, troubleshooting equipment issues, and carrying out preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.This position plays a key role in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of farm facilities and equipment. The Maintenance Technician ensures that all systems are operating safely and in accordance with operational standards.
Qualifications/Requirements
Graduate of Electro Mechanical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Industrial Technology, or any related technical courseWith experience in electrical systems, mechanical maintenance, or ventilation system servicing is an advantage
Knowledgeable in troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance procedures
Able to interpret basic technical manuals, diagrams, and maintenance instructions
Strong problem solving skills with attention to detail
Physically able to perform maintenance tasks in farm or facility environments
Willing to stay on site in Janiuay, Iloilo and support shifting or extended operational requirements
