JOB OPPORTUNITY: PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking a Licensed Project Manager with solid experience in Housing to oversee and manage projects from planning to successful completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
• At least 8–10 years of experience in construction project management
• Proven experience in government housing
• Strong knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEPFS systems
• Proficient in construction project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Familiar with QA/QC standards, safety regulations, and government compliance
• Ability to manage multiple contractors, consultants, and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Housing construction projects from pre-construction to turnover
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Monitor construction progress, resolve technical issues, and mitigate project risks
• Review and approve project plans, materials, and method statements
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, hospital-specific regulations, and building codes
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports to management
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover of the project
