PROJECT MANAGER
We are seeking a highly competent Civil Engineer to serve as Project Manager for our building construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall project planning, execution, and completion in accordance with timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all phases of building construction projects
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Supervise site engineers, contractors, and workers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred
- With proven experience in construction project management
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications
- Applicant must be able to adapt to a Foreign Culture
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: PHP 50,000 per month
