About the role
As a Sales Associate at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC.', you will be responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service to our valued clients. What you'll be doing- Actively prospecting and generating new leads to expand our customer base
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with current clients to drive repeat business
- Understanding client needs and recommending the most suitable products and services
- Handling sales inquiries, preparing proposals, and closing deals effectively
- Providing superior customer service and addressing any post-sales queries or concerns
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Proven track record in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the Sales Representatives/Consultants industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities to secure new business
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- Proficient in using sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
