DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Sales & Client Acquisition
  • Identify and approach potential clients (companies, businesses, and establishments).
  • Present and promote Workrei Manpower Services.
  • Conduct field visits, meetings, and sales presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries and service requests promptly.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and handle concerns professionally.
  1. Account Management
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Coordinate manpower requirements with operations team.
  • Monitor deployed manpower and client feedback.
  1. Marketing & Promotion
  • Assist in marketing campaigns (online and offline).
  • Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Support social media and lead generation activities.
  1. Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and sales activities.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Update CRM or client database regularly.
  1. Coordination & Compliance
  • Coordinate with HR and recruitment team for manpower requests.
  • Assist in processing client requirements and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

The Sales Associate is responsible for promoting manpower services, generating new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The role focuses on expanding Workrei’s client base in Iloilo and nearby areas through active sales efforts, client visits, and marketing initiatives.

Remarks

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • With or without experience in sales (experience in manpower/recruitment is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to do fieldwork and client visits.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
