We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Supervisor to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in general accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, bank reconciliation, inventory analysis, and product costing.This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial records and providing timely reports to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting functions including AR, AP, and billing
- Prepare and perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Monitor and analyze inventory movements and costing
- Assist in preparation of Working Trial Balance (WTB) and Financial Statements (FS)
- Support management reporting and other ad hoc financial reports
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (BS Accountancy required)
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in general accounting
Strong experience in the following:
- Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Billing and invoicing
- Bank reconciliation
- Inventory analysis
- Product costing
- Preparation of Working Trial Balance (WTB) and Financial Statements (FS)
- CPA license is an advantage but not required
