Location: Quezon City
Join the country’s first and leading prefab construction management company!We are looking for a CPA Accounting professional with strong experience in financial reporting and tax compliance to support and lead our finance operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and maintain accurate financial records and the company’s book of accounts
- Lead preparation of financial reports, billing documents, and collection monitoring
- Manage payment processing for suppliers and contractors
- Review employee reimbursements and approve payment vouchers
- Supervise accounting entries and ensure proper documentation filing
- Oversee preparation of Statements of Account and collection letters
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
- Support internal and external audits
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth financial operations
- Identify process improvement initiatives to strengthen financial controls
- Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (CPA license)
- At least 3-5 years of total accounting experience
- 1–2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
- Strong background in tax compliance and financial reporting
- Experience in construction, hardware, or real estate industry is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and SAP
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Can start ASAP
