About the role
Noble Hotel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our sales team in Cebu City. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships whilst driving revenue growth through strategic account management and sales initiatives.As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our hospitality clients. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on Noble Hotel's business development and market presence.
Key responsibilities- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality and corporate events sectors
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key account holders and decision-makers
- Present hotel services, packages, and facilities to potential clients and corporate partners
- Prepare and deliver customised proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to maximise repeat bookings and revenue
- Collaborate with internal departments including operations, events, and customer service to ensure seamless client experiences
- Track sales metrics, maintain accurate records, and prepare regular sales reports
- Attend networking events and industry functions to promote Noble Hotel and generate leads
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives
