Solutions Architect

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or system design roles.
• Experience designing large-scale distributed systems or enterprise applications, preferably within financial services or insurance industries.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Experience with API and integration design.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of platform reliability, monitoring, and observability practices.

Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Solution Architecture design and system integration.
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Cloud architecture and design patterns.
• Microservices and API-first architecture.
• IT infrastructure and platform architecture.
• Security and identity frameworks (Zero Trust, OAuth2, OIDC).
• Compliance and governance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST).

• The Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions aligned with the organization’s enterprise architecture standards and business objectives. The role works closely with enterprise architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architectures and solution designs.
• The Solutions Architect ensures that solutions follow cloud-first principles, support modern integration patterns, and maintain high levels of reliability, security, and performance while enabling digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
